The Solid Waste Division is responsible for recycling, household hazardous waste, and solid waste.  The department is operated by Billeye Rabbe at Room 102, Courthouse, 201 Lake Avenue, Fairmont , Minnesota 56031 and has satellite recycling drop-boxes at various locations throughout the county.

All roads are open, however we are seal coating various paved roads.  Be alert for signs and flagmen.

Any oversized load that is transported on Faribault County roads requires a Moving Permit.

Call 507-526-3291 between 7:00AM to 4:00PM to report the problem if no answer or after hours contact the Sheriff's Dept at 507-526-5148.  Please include the information if possible and any other details that will help us locate the problem:

 - County Road number or name
 - City
 - Nearest Cross Streets
 - Direction of travel and if possible mark with field flag
